Watch Them Fall: Faith to Move Mountains

We've made it through fourteen posts so far, which brings us to the third week of Watch Them Fall! Today we have a post from a good friend of mine. In this post, she really stresses on something that I think is super important. I pray that God speaks to you through this, and may you be filled with the fire of Jesus!

                                                                          ...
Have you ever been in a comfortable position? When you don't know where you belong? Or where you are going? One day I just started feeling this way because I didn't graduate on time from high school. I was feeling like a sucker because I believed that God was always with me and nothing is impossible.

There are moments where you just want to give up, that's the easiest thing to do but the word says that “Heaven has been forcefully advancing, and violent people are attacking it” (Matthew 11:12). We have been called to be violent (passionate) people, we have not been called to be comfortable is our bedrooms watching Tv.

God has great plans for every single human being. I was in a position where I used to be comfortable and always be in the right school and class and “Boom,” next day I was completely in another system and school, behind class, in another grade. I keep asking the Lord to come through and do the impossible because I thought that God's purpose was for me to be in the grade where my age was but... No, I am still figuring out why God moved here where I am.

Maybe is because he wanted me to go to The Rock Church San Marcos, meet people that desperately need of Jesus, be the light of the world, impact other people at my school/grade. God is living his purpose but sometimes we don’t wanna acknowledge it because it’s not what we wanted or hoped for. God’s plan goes beyond our understanding. We are not meant to understand but to trust. Just like the Bible says, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5-6).

That is the test to trust even though we can’t see it. To trust God and not expect to understand. We are meant to rely on him and not on what the men tell us that is right and how to solve problems. That’s what we call faith and faith can move the mountains. I have been living by faith and the Lord has taken me from glory to glory. I invite you to do it! It will change your life.
