UNSTOPPABLE: living a life of courage

I wonder what it'd be like to be unstoppable. To be pushed down, and immediately get back up, without hesitation, and never give up. I wonder what it's like to have fullness of joy. To mourn with those who mourn, but with the presence of joy and the hope of the future. To be joyful, even when everything is taken away and I'm all alone, without friends or family. I wonder what it's like to be free of worry. To completely, wholeheartedly trust God with my life, my future, and my every second. To never stay up nights worrying over the next day's event. To be free from anxiety. I wonder what it's like to walk in true freedom, free from the bonds of Satan and free from the bonds I put myself in. What's it like to be fearless? What's it like to be free of guilt? Free of the pressure from the world?

But then I wonder, why am I wondering about this?  I could change this right now. No, GOD could change this right now. I'm nothing without God - God is unstoppable, God is the giver of joy, God never worries and is 1000+% worthy of my trust, God is love- and there is no fear in love. God is full of grace and love and He loves us as we are, as we fail to be like the person next door to us.

God is UNSTOPPABLE.

Umm...I don't mean to be negative here, but, uh, can I really be unstoppable, and all those things just listed? Is there really more than the life I'm living right now?

I found some verses about God being unstoppable that I'll share, and then I'll tackle the other questions. I encourage you to read through them all instead of skimming (and I confess that I do this sometimes, too). I know it's hard sometimes to read scripture, but it is so important in your walk with God to read His word and learn about His truth, and you can use this to practice!

Job 42:2: "I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted." Nothing can stop anything God decides to do - nothing can thwart it, or prevent it.
Romans
11:36: "For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen." God is at the base of all things. Nothing can slip by Him unnoticed, or unseen.
Matthew 19:26: "But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Nothing can stop God, because He can do ANYTHING.
Isaiah 26:4: "Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock." A rock is something that is definitely not easily broken - think of the phrase "it's as hard as a rock!" An everlasting rock...well, that's pretty much unshakable, unstoppable and unbreakable. And that's what God is. He is a firm foundation.

There are so many others, but I want to try to keep this post from getting wayyy to long. Now, we know that God is unstoppable. But little me, who shies away from opportunities after specifically asking God to send me some, I can be fearless? I can be unstoppable? Me, a nobody in this world?

2 Timothy 1:7: "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." We are not meant to be afraid. We are not enslaved in fear, no! Remember, fear has no control over you unless you let it have control over you! We are given a spirit of POWER and LOVE and SELF-CONTROL.
Acts 1:8: "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you." When you become a Christian, you are immediately filled with the Holy Spirit -and with that, the same power that raised Jesus from the DEAD! That's in you!! Like, wowww!!
?
Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." God is my strength, and He is INFINITELY  strong.

And here it is, plain and clear: "My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken" (Psalm 62:1-2, italics added).

I will NEVER be shaken. I am unstoppable. Why? Because I'm super strong and I'm the best and I can do all things by my own strength? Absolutely not! We are unstoppable because God is unstoppable - and we are safe in His hands.

Nothing can snatch us away from Him, nothing can push us down if we are grounded in His love. We must be grounded in Him. We must know His truth. Because yes- we are unstoppable. Satan can not stop us. But, he can make us frustrated and make us stop ourselves. He can push hills in our way that we think are impossible mountains. Don't give up. You are unstoppable, because GOD is unstoppable.

Now go and take every opportunity that comes your way, and live a fearless life. Don't let fear hold you back. If you fall down, pick yourself right back up. If you stumble, grab your Bible and read about His truth and get back up. If you fail, try again. If you're lost, ask a sister or brother in Christ. Ask God. But never give up. When you follow God , you will be filled with JOY and PEACE and LOVE. Just ask Him for it- He wants to give it to you, and more. Ask for courage. Ask for love. Ask for guidance in living a fearless life.

God will never let you go.

Note: When I say that we are unstoppable, that doesn't mean to go out there and do wild things because you know nothing can stop you. We are unstoppable when we are aligned with what God wants us to do - but we are always under His wings. But don't just go out there and start a random company or something thinking you'll totally succeed and earn billions of dollars (though it's possible). If that's God's will for you, yes, it will definitely happen. Nothing gets in the way of God's plan.

Emmmmmmma!!! This is SUCH a powerful post!! Straight from God’s heart through your hands!! This perfectly ties into what God has been teaching me about the “more abundant” life!! So excited about this!
“I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
‭‭John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭NKJV‬
That little word, “more” NEVER expires!! It is never used up! If we come back to Him, he just gives us MORE and MORE and MORE!
